How to sync your Google Calendar on your Samsung Galaxy device
Important Note: The information on this page is for Hong Kong products only. Models, sequences or settings will vary depending on location and/or where the product had been purchased. To be redirected to your local support page please click here.
You can manage events saved on your phone by syncing them with your Google account. Be careful when syncing, as the most recently changed data is used during sync. If sync is set up incorrectly, events saved on your phone or in your Google account may be deleted.
Sync your Google account with Calendar
Make sure Calendar is turned on in your Google account sync settings. If Calendar is turned off, turn it on, then sync the account manually. This helps keep your Calendar events updated across devices using the same Google account.
Add an event to your Google account
When adding an event in the Calendar app, select your Google account as the calendar to save it to.
Note: The names, menu paths, and screen configurations of the described features or services may vary depending on the model, software version, and app version.
If the above information does not match what your product is showing, you may check the User Manual for your product. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact us for further assistance.
